Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy governs the delivery of order fulfillment materials for purchases made through Avenum, a trade name (d/b/a) of Atlas Digital Assets LLC.

1. Dual Delivery Method

For applicable orders (including account access purchases), fulfillment is provided through two channels:

 Digital Delivery: Initial access credentials are transmitted electronically (via email and/or SMS) promptly following payment confirmation.
 Physical Delivery: A printed copy of the order details and invoice is separately dispatched via trackable courier to the address provided at checkout, for the customer's records.

The physical copy is provided as a supplementary record of the transaction. It does not replace, supersede, or serve as the basis for verifying the accuracy, quality, or functionality of the digital product delivered electronically.

2. Delivery Timeframes

 Digital Delivery: Typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
 Physical Delivery: Dispatched within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Transit time varies by courier and destination and is outside Avenum's control once tendered to the carrier.

3. Address and Contact Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address and shipping address provided at checkout are accurate. Where physical mail is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, Avenum will contact the customer to arrange redelivery at cost, or to provide an alternative resolution. Errors in the physical mailing address do not affect digital access, which is delivered separately to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Evidentiary Scope of Tracking

A courier tracking number confirms the delivery of a physical item to the address provided and constitutes evidence of physical mail delivery only. It does not constitute evidence regarding the validity, functionality, or conformity of the underlying digital product, and Avenum does not represent it as such.

5. Reservation of Rights

Nothing contained in this Policy shall be construed as a waiver, limitation, or restriction of any right of dispute, chargeback, or reversal available to a cardholder under the terms of their agreement with their issuing bank or payment provider. Avenum's provision of shipment tracking or physical delivery confirmation is offered solely as evidence of mail delivery and shall not be construed as conclusive evidence of the validity, functionality, or conformity of any digital product delivered hereunder. Customers seeking to resolve a concern regarding a digital product are encouraged to first contact Avenum's support channel as set forth in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping Costs

Any shipping cost associated with the physical delivery component will be disclosed and itemized at checkout prior to completion of purchase.
